This is a modern 4-storey building constructed of reinforced concrete on a 600 Sq meter site. The project is particularly challenging because the site has a very high water table requiring CZ to deploy continuous de-watering and extensive shoring systems to facilitate the foundation works This P50M project is being fast-tracked on an 8-month schedule and will be the newest medical facility in Olongapo City with state of the art medical equipment and facilities.
